Landtran Logistics Inc is currently seeking a full time experienced forklift operator and warehouse associate at our Edmonton location. You will be responsible for safely load and unload freight from line haul trailers, city pick-up and delivery trucks, trailers or other vehicles. You must have previous counterbalance forklift experience. Only those selected for an interview will be contacted.

Responsibilities:

· Unload and load containers

· Pick orders

· Safely loads and unloads freight from line haul trailers, city pick-up and delivery trucks, trailers or other vehicles.

· Accepts shipments from customers and interline carriers; release shipments to customers and interline carriers.

· Receiving inbound freight

· Warehouse cleanup on a daily and continuous basis

· General warehouse duties as assigned

Requirements:

· Must be willing to work full time assigned schedule (It may include weekends)

· Physical fitness,



agility and free of illicit substances.

· Aptitude for working safely with mechanical equipment and systems

· Multi-tasking and time management skills

· Physically suited to the nature of the work, which include sustaining repetitive motion and manual labor with peak physical exertion, bending, lifting and carrying weights up to 70 pounds, twisting, turning and reaching overhead.

· Willingly follows instructions, accept responsibility, and assist others.

· Prior industrial work experience, pulp clamp experience a plus

· Attention to detail

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
