An established construction and industrial staffing company is seeking a highly motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our Calgary team.

This is an outside the office, field-based role focused on developing existing relationships, registering current business and building robust client relationships within the construction industry. If you thrive in a rapid-paced environment and enjoy being on both jobsites and offices, this opportunity offers robust earning potential and career growth. You will spend the majority of your days in the field visiting and prospecting Construction offices and job sites.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect and develop current business within the construction and industrial sectors
Build relationships with general contractors, project managers, and site supervisors
Conduct regular site visits and client meetings
Identify client workforce needs and provide staffing solutions
Work closely with internal recruiting teams to ensure client satisfaction
Maintain a consistent sales pipeline and meet revenue targets
Requirements
5+ years of outside sales experience (staffing or construction preferred)
Strong knowledge of construction or industrial settings is an asset
Proven ability to generate new business and close deals
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with a solid work ethic
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
