Responsibilities
Perform thorough cleaning and detailing of RV exteriors using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment. Most cleaning is done with power tools.
Ensure all work areas are maintained in a clean and organized manner
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions or concerns professionally
Follow safety protocols and proper handling procedures for cleaning soaps and equipment
Collaborate with team members to complete detailing tasks efficiently and effectively
Maintain attention to detail to ensure every RV meets quality standards before delivery or customer pickup
Experience
Prior experience in cleaning, detailing, or customer service is preferred but not required; training will be provided
Solid attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor when interacting with customers
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
Willingness to learn current skills related to vehicle detailing and customer service excellence
