Established in 2015, Compression Stocking & Bracing Centre currently offers two locations in the South and East Windsor regions. We specialize in providing high quality compression therapy products, orthopedic bracing solutions and medical supplies to support patients health and mobility.

In this role you will be responsible for dealing directly with major insurance companies, measuring clients for products as well as educating clients on the medical equipment that is being dispensed. We are seeking individuals with robust ATTENTION TO DETAIL and who care deeply about our client's overall experience and improving their functional abilities.

We are looking to add this New Position to our experienced team whom composes of (not limited) to a mix of Human Kinect Graduates (5) Registered Kinesiologist (1)

JOB DUTIES INCLUDE:
Providing excellent customer service to anyone who walks into our establishment.
Learning the benefits and indications of all our products (training will be provided).
Educating our clients on products.
Dealing directly with major Health insurance companies.
Working directly with our clients to provide the best Orthopedic Braces,



Compression Stockings and Medical items to improve their quality of life.
Being comfortable speaking on the phone, texting and emailing.
Quickly learning to work with our CRM and POS systems.
Maintaining organized client records, prescriptions, notes, insurance papers, etc.
Being able to speak to insurance companies to ensure accurate reimbursement details.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Post secondary education - Human Kinetics, 3rd/4th year or graduated is preferred
Highly organized, detail oriented, and driven to achieve results
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
A versatile work schedule
Highly motivated, confident and eager to learn!
Ability to think on your own and problem solve in a FAST-PACED Work environment
Reliable transportation
On the job training and courses will be offered to become further qualified in the field.

Job Types: Full-time, Part time, Permanent

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Education:
Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
