Qualifications & Experience
Previous experience is not required but considered an asset
Robust organisational skills
Ability to work effectively in team environments, and individual
Capable of meeting targets and maintaining productivity levels throughout the day
High school diploma or GED is an asset
Food Safety Certification is an asset
Experience operating forklifts or scissor lifts is an asset
Bilingual in English and Spanish is an asset

Key Responsibilities
Perform tasks such as, but not limited to: planting, pruning, harvesting, clipping, suckering, de-leafing, winding, and crop lowering
Sort, pack, and inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
Work comfortably at heights when required
Lift and move items weighing up to 25kg




Assist with inventory and materials management as needed
Carry out additional duties as assigned

Work Setting
Involves repetitive physical activities including bending, crouching, and kneeling
Requires standing for extended periods
Must be able to follow instructions and collaborate with team members
Work takes place in hot and humid conditions throughout the summer months, and cold conditions throughout the winter season
Exposure to pests, insects, and bees may occur
Position is based in a rural location; reliable transportation is required

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: $17.60-$17.61 per hour
