Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to all online inquiries (website, email, social media, and third-party leads)
Engage customers in a professional and friendly manner through phone, text, and email
Identify customer needs and match them with the right vehicle options
Set appointments and drive showroom traffic through effective follow-up
Present pricing, features, and availability clearly in a digital-first workplace
Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects to maximize conversion rates
Keep accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM system
Work closely with the sales team and management to achieve monthly targets

Qualifications:
Previous sales or customer service experience (automotive is an asset, not required)
Strong written and verbal communication skills




Comfortable working with technology, CRM systems, and online platforms
Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of leads in a fast-paced environment
Highly motivated, organized, and results-driven
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
