At a growing optometry eye clinic with advanced equipment, Surrey, BC

Employment type: Casual/part time (available present)

Successful Candidate :
Having experience in an optometry or eye care considered asset
Excellent communication and customer/patient service skills, on both written and verbal
Handling stress effectively; being highly organized, team player and able to work independently with a positive attitude and with a professional appearance at all times
Willing to learn new skills

Jobs :
Patient scheduling, reception, arranging referrals
Answering calls and greeting customers/patients in professional manner
Placing orders, receiving payment for private examination, eye wear and contact lenses etc
Administration for insurance billing, and recalls




Pre-testing, eye testing and patient care (ongoing training is provided)
Consultation on frame and lens, and measurements
Monitoring and maintaining office supplies
