We are seeking a skilled and versatile maintenance employee with skills in general building and residential unit maintenance. This position covers several areas of maintenance and includes various repairs, both preventative and corrective, to ensure the valuable condition of the facilities and the comfort of residents.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Under the supervision of the General Manager, the Maintenance Associate will be responsible for:
Performing general upkeep and maintenance of units and buildings.
Performing minor repairs (plumbing, basic electrical work, carpentry, painting, etc.).
Performing various repairs according to building needs.
Monitoring resident service requests and responding professionally and efficiently.
Coordinating and contacting specialized contractors when necessary.
Ensuring that facilities meet safety and operating standards.
Any other related tasks.

Required Qualifications:
Experience in building maintenance or a related field.
Professionalism, attention to detail, and a commitment to a job well done.




Ability to perform repairs. diverse.
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to interact with residents courteously and efficiently.
Good autonomy, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
All other related tasks
Maintain and clean the premises
Maintain property areas and systems
Make service calls
Manage apartment renovations in accordance with the program established by general management/the general manager
Perform minor repairs in apartments and common areas
Preventive maintenance on equipment

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
A working knowledge of building maintenance (Hvac, electrical, plumbing etc.)
