we are currently is seeking a motivated Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager to for our client who can oversee restoration and reconstruction projects from start to finish. This role is responsible for coordinating projects, managing schedules and budgets, communicating with clients and subcontractors, and ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to a high standard.

Responsibilities
Manage restoration and reconstruction projects from initiation through completion.
Coordinate crews, subcontractors, materials, and project schedules.
Communicate with clients, insurance representatives, and vendors.
Monitor project budgets, timelines, and quality.
Complete project documentation, estimates, and reports.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.




Provide exceptional customer service throughout each project.

Qualifications
Experience in restoration, construction, renovations, or project management.
Robust organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a quick-paced setting.
Experience with insurance restoration claims or estimating software is an asset.
Valid Ontario driver's licence.
Assistant Project Managers with relevant construction or restoration experience are encouraged to apply.

Pay: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
