We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our agile culinary team. Duties
Prepare ingredients and assist in meal preparation according to established recipes and standards
Cook and assemble dishes efficiently while maintaining quality and presentation standards
Handle food safely and adhere to proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene
Assist with plating, garnishing, and presentation of dishes before serving
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment throughout shifts
Support inventory management by organizing supplies and notifying management of stock needs
Follow all safety protocols,



including proper use of kitchen tools and equipment
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service hours

Skills
Experience in food preparation, cooking, and food service within a restaurant or food industry setting
Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety regulations
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining attention to detail
Robust understanding of meal preparation techniques and kitchen operations
Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to follow instructions accurately
Serving experience is a plus, demonstrating customer-focused service skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively
Passion for culinary arts with a desire to learn and grow within the food industry

Pay: $17.20-$19.00 per hour
