Our dealership is seeking an exceptional candidate to join our team as an evening receptionist. This person will be a representative for our company and will operate with the highest level of customer service.
Daily Responsibilities
Welcome all customers that have incoming calls on the multi-line telephone system in a professional and courteous manner.
You greet customers in the showroom and direct all showroom traffic in a friendly, warm and confident manner.
Assist accounting and administration with all licensing and other administrative tasks.
Coordinate all interviews for the dealer principal.
Complete all cash reports, and minor accounting related activities.
Accept POS payments, and maintain vehicle key control systems.
Assist with the receipt and stocking in of inventory vehicles.
Filling and document organization as required.
