What we are looking for
High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent preferred
A minimum of two years of direct customer service experience is required
Robust coffee knowledge and experience with latte art and specialty beverage preparation considered an asset
Ability to work in a quick-paced, dynamic environment




Ability to make excellent sales to achieve performance in alignment with organizational goals and objectives
Excellent customer service skills, interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
Motivated and creative team player
Strong knowledge of retail sales principles, methods, practices and techniques

This position will spend 100% of the time standing
Must be able to transport up to 50 pounds on occasion and up to 35 pounds regularly
