The Role

We’re looking for a Service Advisor who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. You’ll guide customers through the service process from start to finish – ensuring clear communication, accurate recommendations, and a seamless experience between customers, Technicians, and the Parts team.

What You’ll Do:
Greet customers and act as their primary point of contact throughout the service process
Accurately document customer concerns and create detailed repair orders
Recommend maintenance, repairs, recalls, and safety-related services
Provide clear, itemized estimates and obtain customer authorization
Keep customers informed with timely updates on their vehicle status
Coordinate with Technicians and Parts to ensure efficient workflow




Review completed work with customers and confirm satisfaction
Process warranty and recall documentation accurately
Maintain service records and support follow-up communication

What We’re Looking For:
Basic understanding of automotive systems
Previous dealership or Service Advisor experience is an asset
Strong communication, listening, and organizational skills
Ability to explain recommendations clearly and build trust
Comfortable in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting
Valid BC Driver’s License
