Expand key markets by leading client engagement initiatives
Coordinate and prepare proposals for mechanical projects




Provide technical oversight on project execution as a Discipline Lead
Mentor engineers to foster technical development
Collaborate with teams nationally to harmonize practicesRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar
15+ years of experience in mechanical design
Registered Skilled Engineer (P.Eng.) in BC preferred
Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams
