Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team from September in our before/ after school care program working with School Aged Children (5 - 10 years old children). The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children to create a nurturing and safe setting.

Duties
Plan activities that meet the individual needs of each child
Provide a safe and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow
Communicate effectively with parents

Requirements
Early Childhood Educator Assistant Certificate
Explicit Criminal Record Check, 3 references, Emergency Child Care First Aid
Previous experience working with children in a childcare setting
Strong communication skills




Experience working with children in a childcare setting
Be familiar with the early learning framework and able to implement in the program

Location: 1040 Riverside Dr, Port Coquitlam, BC V3B 8A7(Please do not go to the school)

Hours: 7 - 8:45 am & 2:30 - 5 pm OR 2:30 - 5 pm (school days)

Wage: $20 per hour (will be more depending on experience)

Job Type: Part time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Licence/Certification:
Early Childhood Assistant Certificate (required)
