Top Roof and Exteriors Inc. is hiring Roofing Labourers for commercial flat roofing projects. We’re looking for reliable, hard-working individuals who want steady, year-round work and the chance to grow in the trade.

Responsibilities
Assist with installation of flat roofing systems (SBS, TPO, EPDM, BUR)
Load materials, set up equipment, and support the crew
Perform tear-offs and roof prep
Maintain a clean and safe job site
Work outdoors in all conditions

Requirements
Roofing or construction experience is an asset
Physically fit | demanding work
Comfortable working at heights
Reliable and punctual
Team player with a valuable attitude
Valid Driver’s license
