Job Title: Class 1 /Yard Maintenance Driver

We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Class 1 driver (able to drive a manual tractor-trailer) /Yard Maintenance Driver for one of our locations in Rosser. This is a great prospect for someone with solid equipment operating experience who enjoys working in a team-oriented workplace.

Key Requirements:
Minimum 3+ years of experience operating heavy equipment
Valid Class 1 driver (able to drive a manual tractor-trailer)
Experience in food processing is considered an asset
Strong communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities:
Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently within the yard
Perform general yard maintenance duties as required
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations

Responsibilities:
Operate a riding lawn mower and other equipment to maintain the property.
Perform general yard maintenance, including mowing grass and keeping outdoor areas clean and presentable.




Respond to requests to move trailers between docks and designated yard locations.
Switch tasks as operational needs change, then return to yard maintenance duties.
If yard maintenance is up to date, remain available to assist with trailer movements and other yard-related tasks.

Requirements:
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
Willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Able to prioritize tasks and respond promptly to operational requests.
Experience operating a riding lawn mower and basic yard equipment is an asset.
Ability to safely move trailers (or willingness to be trained, if applicable).
Reliable, flexible, and able to perform physically active work throughout the day.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, is self-directed, and can easily transition between independent yard work and supporting daily yard operations as needed.
