Hair Stylist

Duties:
Provide exceptional hair styling services to clients, including haircuts, coloring, treatments and styling.
Offer excellent customer service by actively listening to clients' needs and preferences.
Upsell salon services to enhance the client experience.
Recommend appropriate products for clients' hair type and needs.
Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their satisfaction with the services provided.
Maintain a clean and organized work station and sanitize tools and equipment.
Assist with front desk duties as needed, including scheduling appointments and handling cash transactions.

Experience:
Previous experience as a hair stylist or in a similar role is preferred.
Strong skills in hair styling techniques, including cutting, coloring,



and styling.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Proven ability to upsell salon products and services.
Knowledge of retail sales techniques for hair care products.
Effective communication skills to understand clients' needs and preferences.
Familiarity with front desk duties such as appointment scheduling and cash handling.
Understanding of proper sanitation practices for tools and equipment.
