Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Dishwasher / Kitchen Helper to join our team. This role is essential in supporting the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring a clean, organized, and efficient workplace. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service and hospitality, with a focus on maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety. Previous restaurant, hotel, or kitchen experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided to the right candidate.

Duties
Assist with food preparation and basic cooking tasks under supervision
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, including washing dishes, cleaning surfaces, and sanitizing equipment
Help with food handling and storage to ensure safety standards are met
Support the team in setting up and breaking down workstations for meal service
Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment




Perform general cleaning duties to uphold hygiene standards in the kitchen

Requirements
Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality industry is preferred but not mandatory
Knowledge of cleaning procedures and food handling safety standards
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Robust attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions accurately
Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including weekends or holidays if required
A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to kitchen operations
