Job Summary

We are seeking motivated and customer-focused Rapid Food Workers to join our dynamic team. This role involves preparing food, operating the POS system, and delivering excellent service in a fast-paced environment. Duties
Prepare and assemble food items according to company standards and recipes
Operate Micros POS system efficiently for order processing and cashiering
Handle cash transactions accurately and provide change as needed
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, kitchen, and dining areas
Ensure food safety protocols are followed at all times
Assist customers with menu selections, upselling additional items to enhance their experience
Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service
Restock supplies and ingredients as necessary to ensure smooth operations
Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and sanitation




Support team members in completing daily tasks and ensuring customer satisfaction

Skills
Experience in food preparation and food service preferred
Proficiency with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar cash handling tools
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation procedures
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours
Basic math skills for cash handling, giving correct change, and inventory management
Previous restaurant or quick-food experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Effective communication skills for interacting with customers and team members
