Duties
Monitor premises through regular patrols and surveillance systems to ensure safety and security.
Operate and maintain CCTV systems, ensuring all footage is recorded accurately.
Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, conducting thorough investigations as necessary.
Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and damage.
Enforce facility rules and regulations while providing excellent customer service to visitors.
Prepare detailed reports on security incidents, observations, and activities.
Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary to address security concerns.
Experience
Previous experience in law enforcement or security roles is highly desirable.
Familiarity with surveillance equipment, including CCTV systems, is a plus.
Knowledge of loss prevention techniques and strategies is beneficial.
Robust observational skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with staff and the public.
