Duties
Prepare and assemble food items efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, to process customer transactions accurately and swiftly
Handle cash and credit card payments, giving correct change and managing cash handling responsibilities with integrity
Ensure all food handling and sanitation procedures are followed to uphold food safety standards
Assist customers with menu inquiries, upselling additional items to enhance their experience
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas,



and kitchen equipment according to sanitation guidelines
Support team members during busy periods by managing serving duties and ensuring smooth service flow

Skills
Proven experience in food preparation and food service within a restaurant or food industry environment
Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, for efficient transaction processing
Robust time management skills to handle multiple tasks during peak hours without compromising quality
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling techniques
Basic math skills for cash handling and accurate transaction processing
Ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism
Enthusiasm for upselling menu items to maximize sales opportunities
