Big Hearts Home Care is seeking an experienced scheduler and care manager to join our healthcare management team. As a Scheduler/Care Manager you will be supporting our operations in the Lower Mainland. You will be responsible for ensuring our clients receive quality home care and healthcare services as we enrich the lives of clients within our community.

Duties and Responsibilities

The Scheduler/Care Manager will be responsible for the following:
Meet and communicate with new potential clients and family members
Manage and hire a team of passionate caregivers
Design and implement care plans
Liaise with hospital staff and community health workers
Provide one-on-one training to caregivers
Develop strong referral relationships in the community
Develop and implement best business practices in collaboration with our team

Position Requirements
3+ years’ experience in the healthcare field
Comfortable using various healthcare systems, MS Office, Adobe, and email




Available for odd shifts in the evenings, early mornings and weekends
Self-managed as well as love working in a team on fulfilling projects
Love bringing a positive customer service experience to clients
