Location: Markham, Ontario
Duration: 12 Months
Shift: Afternoon Shift (3:30PM to 12AM)

Responsibilities:
Perform mechanical assembly of electrical assemblies and subassemblies.
Prepare products for shipment, including packaging orders and performing out-of-box audits.
Physically move materials from the production cell to the warehouse.
Test and troubleshoot products on different production lines.
Review failures and perform root cause analysis across specific product lines.
Set up test positions, systems, and instruments and perform tests.
Conduct circuit adjustments against published electrical standards.
Perform circuit analysis and functional diagnosis using schematic drawings to troubleshoot and repair products not meeting performance specifications.




Maintain electronically- or processor-controlled machines and test rigs.
Assist in testing prototypes and pilot units required to qualify an engineering change build.
Process Non-Conforming (NCM) parts and enter correct failure/defect codes in ERP.
Engage in problem-solving for continuous process improvement.
Interface and drive solutions with other departments within the organization.
Assist in packing and completing FG units, systems, or panels when applicable.
Assist in meeting and exceeding relevant metrics (Output, RK, FPY targets).
