Duties

- Negotiate terms and prices on behalf of clients to secure favorable deals
- Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to promote listings across various channels
- Manage property listings, schedules, and documentation with meticulous organizational skills
- Conduct property viewings, inspections, and open houses to attract potential buyers or tenants
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure smooth transactions
- Oversee property management tasks including tenant relations, maintenance coordination, and lease agreements when applicable

Qualifications





- Proven experience as a real estate broker or agent with a solid understanding of property transactions
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills to effectively advocate for clients’ interests
- Proficiency in marketing techniques and digital tools for property promotion
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities to serve diverse client populations effectively
- Experience in property management or administrative roles within real estate preferred
- Outstanding organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple listings and client files
- Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and partners
