Regional Building Control Manager

East Anglia

We’re excited to be expanding our East Anglia team and are looking for a Regional Manager to lead our Building Control services.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to manage a dynamic team and be a key player within the senior management team. The Regional Building Control Manager will be joining us at an exciting time of development and growth and will contribute significantly to ensuring regulatory compliance and the profitable long-term growth of the business.

Vantage Building Control is a Registered Building Control Approver, with offices in Suffolk, London and Kent. Vantage Building Control was developed to set up and maintain a highly professional and compliant building control service to deliver technical excellence, exceptional service and develop long lasting relationships built on trust so Vantage Building Control continues to be the building control provider of choice.

The Role To undertake the role of a Technical Manager, lead and manage a team to deliver the Building Regulations service efficiently, competently and within a timely manner.

Reporting to the Managing Director,



you will be required to deliver an exceptional service by working to the highest professional standards alongside colleagues, clients, construction workers, and other professionals, to ensure projects meet the relevant legislation, regulations and associated standards.
