New Ray Physiotherapy and Health Clinic is a large, brand-new, modern multidisciplinary clinic opening in September 2026 in a prime South Fraser Way location in Abbotsford, conveniently located next to Save-On-Foods.

We are currently seeking a motivated, professional, and patient-focused Registered Kinesiologist to join our growing multidisciplinary rehabilitation team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Kinesiologist who is passionate about active rehabilitation, exercise therapy, injury recovery, and helping clients improve their strength, mobility, function, and overall quality of life.

Responsibilities
- Assess clients' physical abilities, functional limitations, movement patterns, and rehabilitation needs
- Develop individualized active rehabilitation and exercise programs based on assessment findings and client goals
- Provide one-on-one supervised therapeutic exercise and active rehabilitation
- Help clients improve strength, mobility, flexibility, endurance, balance, coordination, and overall functional capacity
- Work with clients recovering from motor vehicle accidents, workplace injuries, sports injuries, musculoskeletal conditions, and other functional limitations
- Monitor client progress and modify rehabilitation programs as appropriate
- Support clients with gradual return to work, recreational activities, exercise, and daily function
- Educate clients regarding proper exercise techniques, posture, body mechanics, pacing, injury prevention, and self-management strategies
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using electronic medical records
- Communicate and collaborate with Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Chiropractors, and other members of the multidisciplinary healthcare team
- Provide a professional, supportive,



and positive rehabilitation experience for clients

What You Bring We are looking for a Kinesiologist who demonstrates:
- Strong knowledge of human movement, exercise prescription, and active rehabilitation
- A professional and patient-centered approach to care
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to motivate and educate clients throughout their rehabilitation
- Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Strong organizational, charting, and documentation skills
- Commitment to evidence-informed practice and continuous career development
- Genuine passion for rehabilitation, exercise, and helping clients regain function

Experience with ICBC active rehabilitation, musculoskeletal injuries, chronic pain, concussion rehabilitation, return-to-work programs, or functional rehabilitation is considered an asset. Qualifications & Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, Human Kinetics, Exercise Science, or a related field
- Registered or eligible for registration with an appropriate professional kinesiology association in British Columbia
- Valid professional liability insurance
- Previous clinical or active rehabilitation experience is considered an asset
- Familiarity with electronic medical records and clinical documentation is preferred

New graduates and experienced Kinesiologists are both encouraged to apply.
