Role Description This full-time, on-site Registered Massage Therapist role is based at our Carleton Place location in the new Carleton Place regional health hub. The role involves assessing clients’ conditions, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering therapeutic massage services to address pain, mobility issues, and stress.

Day-to-day responsibilities include performing various massage techniques, maintaining accurate clinical notes, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, and educating clients on self-care and rehabilitation strategies. The therapist also supports a welcoming environment by providing attentive client service,



adhering to professional standards, and contributing to a clean and safe treatment space.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Therapeutic Massage techniques and Body Massage for rehabilitation and wellness care.
- Strong Customer Service skills with a client-centered approach and clear, respectful communication.
- Experience supporting Stress Management through massage therapy and client education.
- Graduate of an accredited Massage Therapy program and eligibility to practice in Ontario, Canada.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and manage a consistent caseload.
- Commitment to professional ethics, ongoing learning, and adherence to health and safety standards.
