Duties
- Must be in positive standing with the regulatory body that governs your profession
- Perform therapeutic treatments tailored to individual patient needs
- Assess patient conditions using clinical judgment to develop effective treatment plans
- Educate clients on self-care techniques, post-treatment exercises, and lifestyle modifications for ongoing health advantages
- Maintain detailed, accurate documentation of treatments, progress notes,
and patient records in compliance with privacy regulations
- Communicate clearly with clients about their treatment plans, progress, and any concerns to ensure a positive experience
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to coordinate care and optimize treatment outcomes as needed
- Uphold hygiene and public health standards and ensure a safe, welcoming environment for all patients
Experience
- Strong understanding of medical terminology relevant to therapy practices
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with diverse clients
- Demonstrated ability to explain treatment procedures clearly and listen actively to patient concerns
- Prior experience working collaboratively within multidisciplinary healthcare teams is advantageous
