We are looking for an experienced Sr.

Accountant to support core accounting operations and deliver accurate financial reporting for a Long-term Contract position based in North York, Ontario.

This role is well suited to someone who can manage reconciliations, oversee month-end activities, and maintain the integrity of the general ledger.

The successful candidate will work across recurring reporting cycles, help resolve account variances, and contribute to a disciplined and productive close process.

Responsibilities: Prepare and review account, bank, and balance sheet reconciliations to ensure financial records are complete and accurate.

Manage month-end and quarter-end close activities, including posting journal entries, accruals, and account adjustments.





Maintain the general ledger by validating transactions, investigating discrepancies, and supporting accurate financial reporting.

Produce monthly financial reports and supporting schedules for internal review and decision-making.

Analyze variances across accounts and resolve outstanding items in a timely manner.

Support reporting and reconciliation activities within systems such as Net

Suite, Oracle, SAP, or similar ERP platforms.

Assist with ongoing accounting process improvements and contribute to operational changes affecting financial workflows when required.
