The Elevate Medical team stands as allies and work in service of the Kwakwakawakw, Laich-Kwil-Tach, Nuu-Chah-Nulth, Northern Coast Salish, and North Island Mtis peoples.

We offer full-service primary care with a collaborative team of Nurse Practitioners, Family Physicians, a Social Worker, Registered Nurses, and a Clinical Pharmacist.

The clinic has been recently renovated and is less than 10 minutes from the hospital.

The role is for a flexible, part time or full-time PCP with prospect provide in-patient and long-term care if desired.
