Compensation:

$50,000 - $65,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

What You'll Be Doing
Inspecting gear, including chain slings, wire rope, shackles, and tie-down/securement equipment
Building new chain slings, wire rope slings, and custom assemblies
Using power tools such as grinders, cutters, and presses safely and accurately
Maintaining organization, cleanliness, and safety in the shop
Assisting with incoming/outgoing orders, tagging, testing, and inventory
Working closely with the rest of the shop and field teams to keep jobs moving efficiently

What We're Looking For




Comfortable with labour-intensive and physical work, hands-on work in a shop environment
Able to safely operate hand and power tools (experience is a plus, but we'll train the right person)
Strong attention to detail — especially when inspecting gear
Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
Willing to learn new skills and grow with us
Experience in rigging, mechanical work, or fabrication is an asset, but not required
