Key Responsibilities:
Draft and review commercial contracts for compliance
Advise on legal risks and contract statuses
Collaborate with departments for legal adherence
Research and anticipate potential legal challenges
Manage insurance claims and provide counsel

Requirements:
Law degree and member of Ontario Bar Association
3 to 5 years in-house legal experience
Solid negotiation and presentation skills
Ability to work independently
Experience ensuring confidentiality
