About the role Mirage is building an AI-native video platform that uses natural language to automate production and editing tasks. You will join our engineering team to develop agentic systems that handle creative workflows and assist users in generating high-quality video content.

What you’ll do Develop and deploy agentic systems that enhance creative video workflows while maintaining performance and reliability.
Architect how agents collect context, plan actions, utilize tools, and execute creative tasks at scale.
Incorporate advanced models from both internal research and external sources to create recent user experiences.
Build and utilize evaluation frameworks to measure agent quality and guide iterative improvements based on production data.
Requirements Minimum of 5 years of qualified industry experience.
Proven history of designing and shipping ML systems or agentic pipelines into production environments.
Extensive background in context engineering, including RAG systems, token optimization, and large-scale context management.




Experience constructing agentic infrastructure, specifically regarding tool selection, multi-step planning, and context gathering.
Strong ability to solve complex problems and deliver projects from start to finish in a high-velocity setting.
Nice to have Experience working with multi-agent architectures.
Background in fine-tuning LLMs for specialized tasks.
Knowledge of the generative media landscape and emerging AI technologies.
Previous experience as a startup founder or an early-stage engineer.
