Lead and shape the Contractor Network at CAA Atlantic in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. This strategic director role focuses on enhancing partner performance and member service across Atlantic Canada.As Director of Contractor Network, you will collaborate directly with the Vice President, Operations, to establish a multi-year strategy for managing and evolving the Contractor Network. You will lead efforts to ensure high-quality service delivery through solid performance management, transparent operational standards, and enhanced digital solutions. This leadership role requires a mix of operational insight and partnership development to support CAA’s mission of member safety and service excellence.Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute network performance strategies




Ensure reliable service delivery through high standards

Lead communication and training for service providers
