Barminco Mining Services Canada Ltd. is seeking an experienced Underground Shift Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure the safety of all underground personnel. The ideal candidate will exhibit expertise in hard rock mining, along with mentoring skills and effective communication. You will be pivotal in enforcing safety protocols, planning activities efficiently, and maintaining equipment standards. Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day underground mining activities
Train and mentor staff on industry best practices




Conduct daily pre-shift safety meetings
Plan and coordinate mining equipment efficiently
Maintain accurate records and reports Requirements:
Prior experience as a shift supervisor in underground mines
Valid BC ShiftBoss certification required
First Aid certification and Transportation Endorsement
Solid understanding of Occupational Health & Safety regulations
