Drive AI transformation at FacilityOS as the AI Strategy Lead. Engage with business leaders and C-suite executives to ensure seamless integration of AI initiatives within the company’s operational framework.

In this critical role reporting to the CTO, you will coordinate and manage a wide array of AI programs. Your focus will be on developing sustainable AI infrastructure and supporting departments in their journey towards advanced AI adoption. You’ll cultivate a unified approach to project execution across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage comprehensive execution of AI initiatives from launch to realization
Implement program governance with transparent ownership and accountability
Identify and resolve execution gaps proactively




Develop standards for organization-wide AI adoption
Prepare executive-level updates on portfolio performance

Requirements:
5+ years in strategic operations or program management
Expertise in handling complex cross-functional projects
Solid knowledge of AI technologies and SaaS settings
Exceptional communication with C-suite leadership
Familiar with AI concepts beneficial
