POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Located steps from Galeries d'Anjou in East Montreal, the Les Terrasses Versailles private retirement residence offers you a peaceful life. We are currently seeking a full-time, temporary Quality of Life Advisor (Leasing Agent), 40 hours per week.

ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct visits and negotiate rental contracts
Make the appointment
Meet the needs of building tenants in a courteous, quick and efficient manner
Prepare folders to give to customers
Produce rental activity reports and process renewal requests, as needed
Rent out vacant apartments in the building
Update the various administrative forms




Write the rental agreement

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
degree in the field
1 year of relevant experience will be considered an important asset
Ability to use IT tools
Positive knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook software (an asset)
Knowledge of Hopem software (an asset)
Valuable knowledge of sales techniques
Knowledge of senior living residences is a major asset.
