Position Details

- Position: Registered Nurse (RN)
- Status: Temporary Part time
- Rotation: Two (2) Days on, Four (4) Days Off
- Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Start Date: October 1, 2026
- End Date: May 9, 2028

Compensation: Wages and benefits are provided in accordance with the applicable BCNU Collective Agreement.

- Resident admissions, discharges and transfers




- Resident assessments and care planning
- Administration of medications, treatments and wound care
- Proficient with electronic documentation (PointClickCare) and MDS Assessments
- Liaises with physicians, families and other
- Delegates tasks to unregulated care providers
- Charge Nurse responsibilities: participates in Care Conferences and Medication reviews.

Qualifications

- Registered and in good standing with BCCNM
- Current CPR/First Aid Certificate
- Competent in electronic documentation and EMar
- Fluent in English both verbal and written
- Critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Previous experience in Long Term Care Preferred
- Proof of Vaccination
