HealthOPM is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Practical Nurses (RPNs) to join a welcoming retirement community serving seniors in the Huron County area. This opportunity is ideal for RPNs who are passionate about delivering high-quality resident care in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide safe, compassionate nursing care in accordance with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) standards.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor, assess, and document residents' health status and report changes to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Respond to medical concerns and emergencies promptly and professionally.
- Supervise and support Personal Support Workers (PSWs) while promoting quality resident care.




- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with organizational policies and infection prevention practices.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and members of the healthcare team.

Qualifications

- Current Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) in positive standing.
- Current Vulnerable Sector Check (within the last 12 months).
- Current TB screening/clearance.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Previous experience in retirement living, long-term care, or seniors' care is considered an asset.
- Excellent communication, assessment, and clinical decision-making skills.
- Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional resident-centered care.

Compensation & Benefits
