Job Title: Release Manager

SKILLS REQUIRED

Mandatory Skills:

- Lead end-to-end Release Management , including release planning, scheduling, deployment, and coordination across multiple teams.
- Strong experience with Release & Deployment Management , change management , risk mitigation, dependency management, and collision avoidance.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, JIRA, and Confluence for release tracking, workflow management, and reporting.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD ,



and continuous delivery practices to support effective software releases.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills with experience presenting release status, risks, and metrics to senior leadership.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with expertise in release governance , operational readiness, and process improvement.
