Perform the various welding tasks required to repair equipment.
Fabricate equipment and mechanical components based on drawings, diagrams, or verbal instructions.
Take accurate measurements to meet tolerance requirements.
Perform various machining tasks.
Weld and braze materials required for individual projects.
Determine the appropriate welding equipment or method based on requirements.
Weld components using welding equipment in various positions (vertical, horizontal, or overhead).
Repair broken or cracked parts.
Assemble manufactured parts into complete equipment: operate and test the equipment to ensure it functions properly.
Perform conventional alignment on machinery.
Complete reports.
Keep the work setting clean and safe.
Demonstrate initiative
Perform all other related tasks as requested by the supervisor.
