We are seeking an Alcohol Recovery Operator to operate and maintain our recovery processes, supporting cost-effective and environmentally responsible ethanol production and recycling.Position DescriptionSafely receive, handle, test, and store alcohol-based liquid substancesMonitor and operate ethanol recovery and production processesOperate and support wastewater treatment systemsPerform spill prevention, response, and control proceduresSafely load and unload liquid tanker trucksMonitor and maintain plant systems and equipment, including boilers and cooling towersComplete data entry, recordkeeping, and basic clerical dutiesFollow all safety, environmental, and operational proceduresChemical testing for water in boilerTest water for optimal operationsCleaning tanksMaintenance/monitor of tanks and PH levels, PSI, temperature, BOD and COD's biological oxygen demand and chemical oxygen demandKnowledge of Distillation processSkills & QualificationsProcess Operation with DCS control in a liquid,
willing to trainDemonstrated mechanical ability (Demonstrated by past performance and certification in Power engineering, HVAC, Electrical, Maintenance (E.G.
