Key Qualifications
AMI- or MACTE-accredited Montessori Primary (Casa) Diploma (or currently in progress).
Alberta Early Childhood Educator (ECE) certification (Level 2 or 3 is preferred).
Demonstrated strong classroom leadership, observation, and communication skills.
A deep commitment to the Montessori philosophy and child-centred education.
Proven ability to foster a calm, prepared, and developmentally appropriate learning workplace.
