Job Summary
Santé Ouest Community Health Centre is hiring family physicians. Positions are available on part‑time and/or full‑time schedules, with additional benefits negotiable for recent faculty physicians.

Location & Schedule

2025 West Broadway, Vancouver, Canada

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm (either full‑time or part‑time)

Long‑term assignment (>8 weeks) – Apr 1 2025 to Sep 1 2026

Skill with the MYL EMR system is preferred.

Clinic Overview
Santé Ouest is a multidisciplinary, team‑based primary care clinic located in Kitsilano. The clinic serves a diverse francophone population, including newcomers, LGBTQ2S+, Indigenous communities, isolated seniors, and youth. Services are culturally secure, low‑barrier, and coordinated, encompassing mental health and addiction support and longitudinal care.

The clinic is equipped with four exam rooms and one charting room, and appointments are conducted both virtually and in person to promote accessibility.

Eligibility & Qualifications





Licensed family physician in Canada.

Proficiency in French is required; additional languages are welcomed.

Experience with a longitudinal, team‑based primary care model is desirable.

Familiarity with the MYL EMR system and participation in the FPSC portal are preferred.

Practice Details

Not a solo practice.

Practice participates in the FPSC portal and offers longitudinal continuity of care.

No daily minimum hours required.

Per Diem Compensation
Approximately $330,000 /FTE.
