A rapidly growing Series A SaaS startup is seeking a Staff Product Designer to lead the design of mobile experiences for a workflow-driven Construction SaaS platform. This is a full‑time chance focused on creating intuitive iOS, Android, and cross‑platform applications while partnering closely with product and engineering teams.

This role is ideal for a senior designer who enjoys solving complex problems, influencing product strategy, owning projects from concept to launch, and is looking to take that step forward into a staff level role. You’ll have the chance to shape the mobile experience, contribute to design systems, and make a significant impact in high‑growth environments.

Required Skills & Experience
7+ years of Product Design experience
Strong mobile app design experience (iOS, Android, or cross‑platform)
Experience owning products from discovery through launch
Expertise in UX, interaction design,



and user research
Experience collaborating with Product and Engineering teams
Design system experience
