What You'll Do

- Make outbound calls to existing and previous customers
- Recommend internet, TV, home phone and service upgrades
- Identify customer needs using a consultative sales approach
- Build rapport and deliver outstanding customer service
- Handle objections professionally and confidently ask for the sale
- Meet quality, productivity and sales goals




- Accurately document customer interactions

What We're Looking For

- Minimum 6 months of sales experience preferred
- Outbound call centre or inside sales experience is an asset
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable following structured sales processes and scripts
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Reliable high-speed internet with Ethernet connection (Wi-Fi not supported)
- Must reside in and be legally authorized to work in Canada
