This hybrid role focuses on enhancing developer workflows and infrastructure.As Clutch’s inaugural Staff Platform Engineer, you will have a critical role in shaping our platform engineering roadmap. You will be responsible for developing an internal platform that maximizes productivity through cutting-edge self-service tools. Your expertise will also manage CI/CD systems and cloud architecture, ensuring operational excellence.Key Responsibilities:
Create and implement the engineering roadmap and strategy
Develop internal developer platforms for enhanced productivity
Manage deployment pipeline architecture and CI/CD systems




Architect scalable cloud settings with Terraform and AWS
Automate processes to enhance engineering velocityRequirements:
8+ years in DevOps or platform engineering roles
Experience as a Staff Engineer or Technical Lead
Proficient in Docker, AWS, and Terraform
Solid programming skills in Go, Python, or JavaScript
