Fraser Health is seeking a Casual Registered Nurse with a passion for cardiac care. This role will focus on delivering person-centered nursing in a cooperative workplace, requiring solid assessment skills and the ability to educate patients effectively. You will engage in direct patient care while ensuring quality health management and rehabilitation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform patient assessments and develop care plans
• Coordinate care delivery within the health care team
• Provide education to patients and families on health issues




• Maintain accurate medical documentation
• Participate in nursing committees and initiatives

Requirements:
• Graduation from a nursing program approved by the Canadian Nurses' Association
• Registration with BCCNM
• Minimum two years in cardiac prevention and rehabilitation
• Valid BCLS and ACLS certifications
• BC Driver's License
