Lead the liquidity strategy at Berachain and enhance its DeFi ecosystem. This fully remote position calls for a robust finance and blockchain development background. As our Head of Liquidity, you will focus on increasing on-chain liquidity by connecting with various funding sources including institutional investors and DAOs. Ideal candidates will have over eight years in relevant fields and a robust network across investment landscapes. Your goal will be to bootstrap liquidity efficiently and effectively drive engagement in the Berachain ecosystem. Key Responsibilities:
Educate and pitch to capital sources about LP prospects
Drive liquidity for core DeFi primitives and DApps
Collaborate with teams to foster NFT and DAO initiatives




Define product requirements based on LP needs
Advocate for stakeholder insights in product enhancements Requirements:
